Refund & Return Policy


Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:
  • Items (men’s/women’s shorts, men’s/women’s T-shirts) are returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags/labels/packaging intact.
  • Items are not marked “Final Sale” (non-returnable/non-refundable, except as required by law).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale products (clearance/promotional items marked “Final Sale”).
  • Customized/personalized items (unless defective).
  • Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., failure to follow care label instructions, excessive wear).
  • Canadian import duties/taxes (assessed by CBSA/Canada Post—non-refundable).

How to Initiate a Return & Refund

  1. Contact Support: Email [email protected] with your order number, item name (e.g., “women’s T-shirt size M” or “men’s shorts size L”), reason for return, and photos (for defective/incorrect items).
  2. Receive Guidelines: Approved requests will get a return address and packing instructions (no prepaid labels provided).
  3. Ship the Item: Use a trackable service (USPS/Canada Post) and retain the tracking number. We are not liable for lost packages.
  4. Inspection: We inspect returns within 3–5 business days of delivery to our warehouse.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Our Error (defective/incorrect items): We cover return shipping costs—provide a receipt for reimbursement.
  • Your Reason (change of mind/size): You are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds cover only the item’s purchase price—original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless our error).
  • Bank processing times vary—funds may take additional days to appear in your account.
